This is an off-campus position located at Common Road near Utica Road in Roseville.

Essential Duties Summary

Tutor high school students in math, other duties as assigned.

Preliminary Qualifications

Reliable transportation required. STUDENTS MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK WITH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN TO QUALIFY. CHECK WILL BE CONDUCTED BY MACOMB COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or GED equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-Demonstrates a positive attitude with co-workers, students, and supervisor facilitating a team atmosphere.
-Communicates effectively with students, co-workers, supervisor and parents.

Preferred Qualifications
Physical Demands
Work Hours To be determined. Work hours will be based on college work-study funding. Scheduled work hours may not conflict with class hours. Position terminates at end of semester or when award is exhausted. Hours may not exceed 30 per week.
